These terms cover this website (the “site”) and the Stock Glitch course (the “Course”). When these terms say “J BRAVO”, “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean J BRAVO. “You” means the person using the site or buying the Course.

Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. They are part of the same agreement.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using the site or buying the Course, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy the Course.

You must be at least 18, and old enough to sign a contract where you live, to buy the Course.

2. What the Course is

The Course is an online video course about trading. It teaches morning setups on Nasdaq futures (NQ and MNQ), along with chart reading, risk rules and trading psychology. It also includes bonus lessons. The Course is hosted on the Teachable school, and you watch it there after you buy.

At checkout, on your receipt and in the course player, the Course may still appear under its earlier name, Stock Market Money Glitch. It’s the same course.

The Course is education. It is not financial advice, and it does not tell you what to trade with your own money. See section 8 and the Disclaimer.

3. Your license to use the Course

When you buy the Course, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and watch it for your own learning. The license is for one person.

You may not:

  • share your login, or let anyone else use your account;
  • download, record, screen-capture or copy the videos, except where the Teachable school gives you a download button, and then only for your own use;
  • resell, rent, sublicense, publish, stream or post any part of the Course, including in paid groups, chat servers or social media;
  • use the Course to create a competing course, signal service or product;
  • use Course content to train or build an AI model, dataset or tool for anyone else;
  • remove copyright or other notices from any material.

If you break these rules, your license ends automatically and we may close your access (see section 17).

4. Buying the Course

The price is the one shown at checkout when you buy. Checkout and payment are handled by Teachable, Inc. and its payment partners, not by this site. We never see or store your full card number. Teachable’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to the checkout.

If a pay-later option (such as Klarna or Afterpay) is offered at checkout and you choose it, that provider’s terms also apply to your payments.

Prices may change. A price change never affects a purchase you’ve already made.

Subscriptions offered at checkout. Checkout may offer an optional add-on, such as daily watchlists, that is billed monthly. It’s separate from the Course, and you don’t need it to take the Course. If you add one, you’re charged the monthly price shown at checkout, every month, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page on the Teachable school or by emailing us, and you won’t be charged again after you cancel. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you get that payment back in full. The 30-day guarantee in section 5 covers the Course, not subscriptions.

5. The 30-day guarantee

Here is our guarantee:

30 days, no questions asked. Take the course, watch every lesson, apply the system. If it wasn’t worth every penny, email once within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No hoops, no interrogation.

How it works:

  • Email us within 30 days of your purchase date. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or tell us that address.
  • You don’t need to give a reason, and we won’t ask for one.
  • Watching every lesson is what we recommend. It is not a condition of the refund.
  • We refund the full price you paid, to your original payment method, through Teachable. If a refund can’t go through Teachable for any reason, we’ll pay it back another way. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it takes to show up after we issue it.
  • Your access to the Course ends when the refund is issued.
  • This guarantee applies even if another page, including the Teachable school’s own terms or the checkout, shows a shorter refund period.

6. Other refunds and chargebacks

After the refund window in section 5 closes, all sales are final, except where the law or Teachable’s own student refund rules require a refund. Teachable may also issue a refund on its own under its policies.

If something is wrong with your purchase, please email us first. We would rather fix it or refund you than have you go through a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, we may pause your access while it’s reviewed.

7. Changes to the Course

We add and update lessons over time. We may also edit, reorder or remove lessons, for example when market conditions or tools change. We won’t take away the core material you paid for without replacing it with an updated version.

If we ever stop offering the Course, we’ll give buyers reasonable notice first, and we’ll honor the guarantee for anyone still inside their 30 days.

8. Education only, not advice

Everything in the Course, on this site, in our emails, in our blog (Queue The Fire) and in our videos is general education. None of it is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own trading decisions and you are responsible for them. The full details are in the Disclaimer.

9. No guarantee of results

Trading is risky, and many people who try it lose money. We don’t promise that you will make money, or any particular amount, from the Course. The guarantee in section 5 is a promise about your purchase price. It is not a promise about trading results. Your results depend on your own decisions, discipline, capital, timing and the market.

10. Using the site and the Course fairly

When you use the site or the Course, you agree not to:

  • break any law, or use the site to help anyone else break one;
  • try to get into parts of the site, the Teachable school or other accounts you aren’t allowed into;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy the site or the Course;
  • interfere with the site’s security or performance, or upload anything harmful;
  • send spam, false information or someone else’s personal details through our forms;
  • pretend to be J BRAVO, or say you work with us or are endorsed by us when you’re not.

If the Course has comments or a community space, please also:

  • be respectful, with no harassment, threats or hate;
  • keep other people’s personal information private;
  • not promote your own paid courses, signal groups or services;
  • not post trade calls as if they were advice to others.

We may remove anything posted that breaks these rules.

11. Our content and brand

The Course and everything on the site, including videos, audio, text, slides, charts, graphics, code and downloads, belong to J BRAVO or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

J BRAVO, Stock Glitch, Queue The Fire and our logos are our brand names. You may not use them without our written permission.

If you send us a testimonial, a success story or feedback, we will only publish your name, words or results with your permission. You can ask us to take a published testimonial down at any time.

If you think something on the site infringes your copyright, email us with the details.

12. Other companies’ tools and links

The site and the Course mention and link to other companies, including:

  • Teachable, which runs checkout and hosts the Course;
  • ChartPrime, which provides charting tools, including the Bravo Kit indicators. The Bravo Kit is sold separately by ChartPrime and is not part of the Course;
  • brokers;
  • prop firms and other trading services.

Those companies are responsible for their own products, prices, terms and privacy. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. Some of our links are affiliate links, which means we may be paid if you buy through them. The Disclaimer lists these relationships.

13. The 1-on-1 form and the newsletter

Sending the 1-on-1 form on our About page is a request to talk. It does not create a coaching, advisory or client relationship, and nothing we say in reply is personal advice. Any 1-on-1 work happens only under a separate written agreement.

If you sign up for the Queue The Fire newsletter, or tick the box at checkout to get promotions and news, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your details is explained in the Privacy Policy.

14. The site and Course are provided “as is”

We work hard to make the Course useful and accurate, but we provide the site and the Course “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Market information, prices and examples may be out of date or contain mistakes. We don’t promise the site or the Teachable school will always be available or error-free.

15. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if we were told they were possible.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim about the site or the Course is limited to the amount you paid us for the Course in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven’t bought anything.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

16. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using the site or the Course, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

17. Ending access

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the site or the Course if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login or reposting Course videos. If we end your access because you broke these terms, no refund is due, unless you’re still inside the refund window in section 5.

Sections 3 (the limits on copying), 9, 11, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 20 still apply after your access ends.

18. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please email us first and give us 30 days to try to sort it out. Either side may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

If you live outside the US, nothing here takes away consumer rights you have under the laws where you live that can’t be waived by contract.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant and you’ve bought the Course, we’ll also let you know by email. Changes don’t apply to disputes that started before the change. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

20. The rest of the agreement

  • These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and Teachable’s terms at checkout are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and the Course.
  • If a court finds part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over the Course. You may not transfer them without our written permission.
