This policy explains what personal information J BRAVO collects through this website (the “site”), why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We are responsible for the information described here.

1. The short version

  • You can read the whole site without filling in any form.
  • We collect your email if you sign up for the Queue The Fire newsletter or tick the promotions box at checkout, and the details you type if you send the 1-on-1 form.
  • When you buy the Course, Teachable handles checkout and payment. We never see your full card number.
  • We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.
  • You can unsubscribe, or ask to see or delete your information, at any time by emailing us.

2. What we collect and why

To give you access, support you, handle refunds, and keep business and tax records. Teachable and its payment partners
You tick “email me with promotions and news” at checkout Your name and email address, and the fact that you said yes. Teachable passes these to us. To send you promotions and news about J BRAVO courses and tools. You can unsubscribe at any time. Teachable, and our email service if we add you to our list
Any visit Your IP address, browser, the time, and the page requested, recorded in server logs. To run the site, keep it secure, and fix problems. Hostinger (our web host)

We don’t ask for your card number, bank or brokerage account numbers, Social Security number, or trading account logins, and you should never send them to us.

3. Buying the Course through Teachable

Checkout for the Course happens on Teachable, not on this site. Teachable, Inc. and its payment partners process your payment under Teachable’s Privacy Policy.

At checkout there’s an optional box that says J BRAVO can email you with promotions and news. If you tick it, Teachable passes your name and email address to us, and we may send you promotions and news through Teachable’s email tool or through our email service. If you leave it unticked, buying the Course doesn’t sign you up for any marketing email. You’ll still get emails about your purchase and access.

4. Cookies and similar technology

This site itself doesn’t set cookies to track you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

If you visit a partner site through one of our links (for example ChartPrime), that site may set its own cookies, including a cookie that tells them we referred you. Their privacy policies apply there.

5. What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your personal information.
  • We don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across other sites).
  • We don’t rent or give our email list to anyone.
  • We don’t use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. Who we share information with

We only share personal information with:

  • Service providers that run parts of the site and business for us: Hostinger (hosting, see Hostinger’s Privacy Policy), our newsletter service, the service that receives the 1-on-1 form, and our email provider. They can only use it to provide their service to us.
  • Teachable, which runs checkout, hosts the Course and may send our promotional emails, as described in section 3.
  • Advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, when they need it to do their job.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
  • A buyer of the business, if J BRAVO or the Course is ever sold or transferred. They would have to follow this policy.

8. Our emails

We only send marketing emails to people who asked for them: Queue The Fire subscribers, and buyers who ticked the promotions box at checkout. Every marketing email, whether we send it through our newsletter service or through Teachable:

  • says it’s from J BRAVO and has an honest subject line;
  • includes our postal address;
  • has an unsubscribe link.

When you unsubscribe from any of our marketing emails, we stop all of them as soon as we can, and always within 10 business days. We keep your email address on a “do not email” list so you aren’t added again by mistake.

If you buy the Course, you’ll still get emails about your purchase and access (such as receipts and login emails) even if you aren’t on the newsletter.

9. How long we keep information
